About Kim

This team brings 30+ years of real estate experience & service to the transaction.  The Coudron Team is familiar with area developments through their many years of sales & community involvement.

Wally and the Coudron Team have been members of the Presidents Circle since 1997 and members of the Masters Circle in 2002-2003 & 2011-2013. In 2004-2006, & 2013-2022 they received the prestigious Chairman’s Circle award that only includes the top 6% of all Edina Realty Agents. The Coudron Team is also members of Exceptional Properties, which brings with experience and knowledge in upper bracket homes.

Prior to real estate Wally was a police detective for 20+ years for the city of Minnetonka.  Wally’s father Henry was a home builder in Marshall, Minn., building a quality home for families in that area.  Wally knows what it takes to build a quality home. Licensed since 1991 Wally has seen all types of markets and knows what it takes to represent you to your best interest in all your real estate transactions. 

Kim has grown up with both of her parents selling real estate and has taken an interest in the family business. A graduate from the University of Minnesota, Kim also holds a real estate license since 2005. Obtaining a GRI (graduate of real estate institute) Kim has learned the ins and outs of the Real Estate Business first hand in over 800 transactions.
